This is a deposit-only payment for your very own custom House portrait!
This booking is for a portrait which can be done at any time (in 2025) with no specific deadline. I've added this option for people who would love a painting, but are in no hurry, and are happy to have their house portrait painted in between other bookings I have which have tighter timeframes and occasions for which they are needed!
I will be in touch via email after the deposit is paid and will discuss an estimated wait time and what you are comfortable with :)

This is a deposit-only payment for your very own custom House portrait!
This product listing is specifically for JUNE dated portraits.
These unique paintings make such beautiful keepsakes and special gifts for loved ones.
I've painted houses that are brand new, old houses that have been renovated with love, and others that have been part of a family's history for decades. Show me yours!

Your portrait will be sketched and hand painted with Gouache and pencil, on beautifully textured 224gsm paper, and can include any special embellishments- flowers, symbols for example- of your choice!
All you need to do is provide as many photos as you can, up close and front on views, I like to see all the details (and hear your stories too!) so I can capture it perfectly.
The sizes available are:
A4 (21cm x 29.7cm) - $350 (+postage)
A3 (29.7cm x 42cm) - $450 (+postage)
A2 (42cm x 59.4cm) - $600 (+postage)
($50 deposit will be deducted from total price, and an invoice for full payment will be sent once the painting has commenced.)
Other sizes can be made possible too, sometimes a square portrait fits the style of the house for example!
*Price is for the painting only. No framing provided.
*Custom original pieces are always sent via Registered Express Post with tracking.
*Deposit cost covers up to 3 rough re-sketches to get the planning just right. Any further changes beyond this number will result in additional charges.
*Deposits are non-refundable, and are for you to lock in your project and allow me to plan and paint your portrait. The deposit covers the cost of time spent sketching, and planning with the customer in preparation for the final piece, and allocating the time to complete your project. If you do need to cancel, please get in touch.
